This is Exciting.

I Had to Share This with You.   It Is Exciting.

You are watching a single immune cell track down and destroy a single bacteria among blood cells.

If you are unable to see the video click here or click screen for larger image.

We are so miraculously made.

Immune cells track down invaders and cancer cells by following “chemical” trails, like a bloodhound on a scent. Maybe you noticed a second bacteria in the video. What will happen to it? The immune cell attacking the bacteria will send out chemical messages (cytokins) and soon billions – BILLIONS! – of other immune cells will join the attack.

The wonder of it is staggering. It’s beyond comprehension.

This video is a great introduction to the next series of posts on this blog site.

Fat to Thin to Healthy, a diet plan to lose unwanted fat.

The purpose of this blog site is to share with you how you can restore the health of your immune system. A healthy immune system will track down and destroy bacteria, viruses, and cancer cells.

Medical research has proven that being overweight suppresses the immune system. Rather than going after invaders and cancer cells, excess visceral (around your abdominal organs) fat and hepatic (liver) fat will cause the immune system to sit dormant, as if in hibernation. I will explain why and what you need to do to prevent this in the upcoming series of posts.

If you know anyone who is going through cancer treatment, or who has completed treatment, please share this information with them.

Also, share it with anyone who would like to lose 10 pounds or more.

I saw this video on another website. I am providing a link back to that site – if and only if by Sandra – URALLSTARDUST
